Will I receive a confirmation when the bouquet has been delivered?
With us you will receive an SMS on the mobile phone number that you provide with your personal information. We only use your mobile phone number to send you delivery confirmation.
The recipient is not at home on the day of delivery. What can I do?
Our supplier will leave the flowers on your doorstep or with a neighbor. You can also leave your wishes in this regard in the “Comments for the florist” field.
How do the bouquets of flowers in the different price categories differ?
Each bouquet is available in three different price categories: Regular, Large and Luxury. The size of the bouquet depends on the price; it contains more or fewer flowers. The picture shows a large bouquet. The Regular size contains a smaller number of flowers, the Luxurious size contains more flowers. The exact number of flowers may vary and depends on the season and daily prices, but we guarantee that the color, shape and value of the bouquet delivered is always our highest concern.

Our ordering process in 3 simple steps
Do you already have a customer account? Then please log in before placing your order. You will then have easy access to your address book. Step 1 - Articles Click on the product you want to buy and select the desired price category. Here you can also add small extras such as a vase or fresh food. To continue click Buy Now. Step 2 – Shopping Cart First, enter the recipient's address. Here you can also add small extras or gifts to your flowers. To do this, click on the respective symbol. Please note that the recipient's details must be complete before you can proceed to the next step. When the window opens for the recipient, all fields with a (*) must be filled out. Then click on the OK button. In the window for the little extras or gifts, please put a check mark next to the gift you would like to add. It is of course possible to choose more than one small extra or gift. Our range of gifts depends on the recipient's chosen city. If you wish, you can also place another order before proceeding to payment. To do this, click on the Continue shopping button. You also have the option to copy the order to change details. If you have multiple orders to the same address, this is the fastest way. Click on the Checkout button to continue. Step 3 - Payment Options In step 3, select the payment option you want by clicking on it. Please enter all required data in the respective fields. If you received a discount code with your newsletter, you can enter it here. Please read our Terms and Conditions, which you will see when you click I accept the Terms and Conditions. You accept this by clicking the box behind it. To complete the order, please click Confirm Order. Your purchase confirmation will now appear on your screen and a copy will be sent to your email address. You can also print the order confirmation by clicking this option. - Your flowers are now on the way! Don't forget!
